Hamilton and Associates Consulting is a Los Angeles based consulting firm established in 2004.

We use various approaches in consulting, training, and mentoring the organizations, professionals, parents, and students we work with which produce results. Hamilton and Associates believe all African American students can be successful. More importantly, we believe that African American males can excel academically and socially.

Hamilton and Associates Consulting objectives are outlined in the following:

• Empower those who we consult
• Build social capital with all of our clients in the efforts of them assisting each other.
• Challenge our clients to think differently and from other perspectives.
• Transfer our passion to those we assist.
• Identify teachable/coachable moments in the individuals’ or organizations’ strengths and opportunities for growth.

Our Mission

The mission of Hamilton & Associates Consulting is to assist with the development of African American students with an emphasis on African American males. We believe that the source of this development is within the individuals and organizations we serve.

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide consulting services to various organizations, professionals, and parents who are in need of innovative techniques and solutions to assist African American students to be successful in and outside of the classroom. More importantly, it is our goal to provide accessible resources to African American students for entering college and beyond.

Challenging Minds
